HOW DO I ORDER A PORTABLE TOILET?

You can order a portable Canyon State Waste toilet rental by simply calling, texting or emailing in a request.

HOW SOON IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER A PORTABLE TOILET?

To avoid paying a higher fee, contact us with 24-48 hours of service. The more advance in notice we get, the better.

HOW DO I PAY MY INVOICE?

We can take payment over the phone or through our online payment link.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY INVOICE?

We generally bill in advance and ask for payment before delivery.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY TOILET BLOWS OVER?

Contact our office to get put on an off-route cleaning schedule.

IF I HAVE MY PORTABLE SERVICED MONTHLY, WILL I GET A DISCOUNT?

Please call us to discuss.

WHAT DAY WILL MY PORTABLE TOILET(S) BE SERVICED?

Service day will be determined after delivery. You can call or email the office to find that out.

WHAT IF I NEED MY TOILET SERVICED MORE THAN ONCE A WEEK?

Just let us know when ordering you would like more services. Additional cost will apply.

MY PORTABLE TOILET WASN'T SERVICED THIS WEEK. WHAT HAPPENED?

Please call or email the office and we will get back on schedule to service. If a unit was blocked or locked, extra cost may occur.

DO YOU HAVE FANCIER TOILETS THAN THE STANDARD ONES?

We do have Restroom Trailers available for rent. Or check out our product page for more details and to see our other product options.

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

Office hours are 6am-4pm but we try to be available 24/7 for emergencies by call or email.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY MONTHLY RENTAL?

We provide 1 service per week, 1 bottle of hand sanitizer, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

CAN I HAVE THE PORTABLE PLACED ANYWHERE I WANT?

We have to be within 25 feet of where we can service the unit to avoid any major problems.

DO I NEED TO BE THERE WHEN THE UNIT IS DELIVERED?

No you do not need to be onsite if you can explain over the phone or leave a map.
