We can take payment over the phone or through our payment link.

Office hours are 6am – 4pm but we try to be available 24/7 for emergencies by call or email.

Service day will be determined after delivery. You can call or email the office to find that out.
We have to be within 25 feet of where we can service the unit to avoid any major problems.
The more advance notice the better. To avoid paying higher fees 24-48 hours.
We bill in advance and ask for payment before delivery.
Contact our office to get put on an off-route cleaning schedule.
Please call or email the office and we will get back on schedule to service. If a unit was blocked or locked, extra cost may occur.
Just let us know when ordering you would like more services. Additional cost will apply.
We provide 1 service per week, hand sanitizer, and 3 rolls of tp.
No you do not need to be onsite if you can explain over the phone or leave a map.
You can order a portable toilet by calling, texting or emailing in a request.
